As a licensed Language of Listening® coach, Tracy guides new parents toward calm and confidence during the identity shift that defines parenthood and is sought-after for her depth of knowledge, and her ability to define age appropriate behavior.
Tracy is also the editor of parenting staple, Brain Rules for Baby and sits on the board of Program for Early Parent Support (PEPS), a nonprofit organization that helps parents connect and grow as they begin their journey into parenthood. Tracy believes that parents need three things: community, capacity, and help. She is proud of MommaWork’s mission and is thrilled to have the opportunity to use its platform to further support working parents.
Before delving into her parenting research, Tracy worked at Microsoft, helping millions of MSN Money readers achieve their personal finance goals. Tracy resides in Seattle, where you’ll find her biking and hiking with her husband and their spirited 7-year-old daughter.
