Certified Fertility Counselor & Integrative Nutrition Coach
Superpower: A force of nature against fertility challenges.
As a certified fertility counselor and integrative nutrition health coach, Stephanie assists families on their journey to parenthood, through the stress of fertility challenges. Helping parents combat the negative effects of infertility using nutrition, lifestyle choices, stress management, and one-on-one consultation, Stephanie plays a vital role in MommaWork’s commitment to providing working parent support through every stage of becoming a parent. She collaborates with families to find strategies that will help recalibrate physical, mental, and emotional health while moving towards an optimal fertile state.
Stephanie’s expertise and passion come from her own experience with infertility, giving her a unique perspective for our clients. When Stephanie was 42-years-old, a doctor told her she had less than a 2% chance of conceiving with her own eggs. Supplementing modern medicine with an integrative health program she designed herself, Stephanie conceived her son just six months after receiving this diagnosis, with her own eggs and without using IVF.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Cum Laude, and her Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in northern Virginia, just outside Washington, DC with her husband and IUI rainbow baby.
