As an internationally recognized pediatric sleep coach, a resident sleep expert at Motherly, and frequently cited media sleep resource, Rachel is helping save the world through the power of sleep. She started her practice in 2012, two years after having her first child, when she realized through her work as a night nanny how many parents suffered from the negative effects of sleep deprivation.  Her published work can be found in Motherly, The Huffington Post, and The Yoga Journal.

Rachel specializes in working with women and babies in the 4th trimester as they transition to a new stage of life and experience the world from an exciting new lens. Her online newborn course has given hundreds of parents the tools they need to introduce healthy sleep habits from birth and prevent sleep regressions by creating a solid foundation for sleep. As a working mother, she understands how important this piece is in order to feel confident and healthy when returning back to work and other duties following the birth of a child.

Families all over the world have sought her guidance and found success in implementing the custom sleep plans she provides.   

Her training at the International Maternity & Parenting Institute and educational background in Human and Child Development have given her the expertise needed to support families through difficult transitions, developmental milestones, and behavior-based sleep challenges.

She and her husband reside just outside of Boston with their six children; they are a modern-day Brady brunch.
