Eleana is a registered dietitian, certified nutritionist, NASM-certified personal trainer, and women’s fitness specialist. With a special interest in prenatal and postnatal nutrition, which includes dietetic support for lactation, Eleana’s work empowers new mothers to achieve personal and professional success through the power of holistic wellness. Eleana helps mothers achieve ideal outcomes through nutrition and exercise.
Eleana’s expertise plays an essential role in supplying mothers with a roadmap to achieve their wellness goals. She is a sought after expert and frequent contributor to Pregnancy and Newborn Magazine’s “Ask the Experts” column, providing nutritional recommendations from conception through lactation.
Eleana is also the Founder of Pregnant Island, an annual health and wellness conference dedicated to the needs of expectant parents. Pregnant Island brings research-based recommendations, specific to preconception through early childhood, to Eleana’s local Long Island community.
Eleana’s work continues to set her apart from her peers. She was a “Best of the North Shore Winner” for Best Nutritionist in 2018 and continues to receive industry accolades today.
Eleana attended New York University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her clinical dietetic internship at Northwell Health (formerly, North Shore LIJ). She resides on Long Island, with her husband and two young daughters.
